What makes a sprinkler specialist different from a general fire safety contractor?

A general contractor covers eleven trades and subcontracts the ones they do not do. We do one: water-based suppression. That means the engineer who arrives has seen your type of valve set before rather than reading the manual in your plant room.

Why are there no prices on this website?

Because a price set before anyone has seen the building would be wrong, and you would plan around it. Two warehouses that look identical from the road can differ by thousands once you count the valve sets, the pump arrangement, the height of the risers and how hard the plant is to reach. So we survey instead. It is free, it takes an engineer rather than a salesperson, and you get a firm figure in writing that holds for thirty days.

Is the free survey genuinely free?

Yes. No survey fee, no obligation, and no pressure afterwards. We look at the building, then put a fixed price in writing. If the answer is that you do not need what you thought you needed, that is what the survey will say.

How quickly can somebody actually come out?

The office is on the phone Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm, and most enquiries get a call back the same working day. Outside those hours the same number reaches our emergency line. That line is for emergencies rather than quotes: a discharging head, a leaking main, a pump that will not start, a riser that has failed its test. How fast an engineer reaches you depends on where the building is and what has failed, so you get a realistic time on the call rather than a headline figure we might miss.
