ISO 9001:2015
Certified by BRE Global, accredited by UKAS
An audited quality management system. It means the way a job is planned, recorded and signed off is itself inspected by somebody independent, on a schedule.
Sprinklers, dry and wet risers and fire pumps, tested and certified to BS EN 12845 and BS 9990. Certificate issued on the visit.
We have your details and will come back to you. If it cannot wait, ring 07927 555475.
Call 07927 555475No extinguishers, no alarms, no gas systems bolted on as a sideline. One trade, done to the standard it gets judged against.
Six-monthly inspection and the annual pressure test, with the certificate your fire risk assessment asks for.
Dry riser testing and servicing
Charged risers, their pumps and their tanks, tested together because they only work together.
Wet riser servicing, testing and pump maintenance
The full BS EN 12845 routine, from the weekly gauge and alarm check to the annual service.
Fire sprinkler servicing and maintenance
Electric and diesel sets proved under flow, not just started and signed off.
Fire pump servicing, testing and maintenance
A leak, a failed pump or a discharged head, answered out of hours.
Emergency sprinkler and riser repair
New systems, extensions and upgrades, designed, installed and commissioned.
Fire sprinkler system design and installationAnswer four questions. You get the intervals your system is legally due and a realistic annual cost. No form, no email, no callback you did not ask for.
These are the responsible person's, not the landlord's and not the managing agent's. The duty follows whoever controls the premises.
Water and air pressure gauges, alarm motor test, pump start test where fitted.
BS EN 12845Proving that water movement actually raises an alarm, not just that the valve opens.
BS EN 12845Visual check of inlets, landing valves, cabinets, caps, signage and access.
BS 9990Risers charged to 12 bar and held for 15 minutes. Full sprinkler service and pump performance test.
BS 9990 · BS EN 12845Water-based suppression is the whole business. Sprinklers, dry and wet risers, fire pumps. That is the difference between an engineer who has seen your valve set before and one reading the manual in your plant room.
You get Marius Bucur on the phone, not a call centre. Work is quoted by the person who will be on site. And every visit leaves you with the certificate and the record your fire risk assessment needs, because that document is the only part of this your auditor will ever see.
Company 14247310, incorporated 20 July 2022. Accounts and confirmation statement both current.
Sprinklers, dry and wet risers, and fire pumps. Not a general fire safety contractor working across a dozen trades.
Systems fail out of hours. Testing a riser or running a pump disrupts a live building, so most of this work happens outside them.
Every visit produces the certificate and record your fire risk assessment needs.
Two certifications, and the first one is the reason we could apply for the second. ISO 9001 is a precondition for LPCB approval, so this is a sequence rather than a collection.

Loss Prevention Certification Board
The approval UK insurers look for on sprinkler work. A system installed by an LPCB approved contractor counts as genuine risk mitigation on your policy; one installed by anybody else may not.
Working to BS EN 12845, BS 9251 and BS 9990. If your insurer or fire risk assessor wants the certificates themselves, ring us and we will send them over.
No survey fee to find out where you stand. Describe the site and we will tell you which intervals apply and what the visit involves.
