This site collects one thing: what you type into a form. This page says what happens to it. Last updated 26 August 2026.
Who we are
Sentry Sprinkler Protection Limited, company number 14247310, registered at 37 Dickens Drive, Kettering, Northamptonshire, NN16 9EG. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this website.
What we collect, and when
Only what you enter into one of the two forms on this site: your name, phone number, email address, the postcode and type of the building, which service you need, and anything you write in the message box. Nothing is collected from you unless you fill in a form and press send.
Alongside it we record the page you were on when you sent it and the time you sent it, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, and no third-party tracking script of any kind. That is why you are not being asked to accept anything.
Your browser may store a small amount of information on your own device to remember what you typed into a form. That never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
Why we are allowed to hold it
Legitimate interests: you contacted a contractor asking for a service, and we need your details to reply and to quote. If you become a customer, we keep them because we need them to perform the contract and to keep the service records the fire safety standards require.
Where it goes
An enquiry travels from this website to a spreadsheet and an email inbox we control. Those are hosted by Google. The website itself is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles the request but does not store the contents of your enquiry. Nobody else receives it. We do not sell data and we do not share it with marketing companies.
How long we keep it
If you do not become a customer, we delete the enquiry after two years. If you do, we keep the job records for seven years, because that is how long UK company records have to be retained, and service history on a fire suppression system is worth having for at least that long anyway.
What you can ask us to do
You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or ring us and we will do it within one month, free of charge.
If you think we have handled your data badly and we have not put it right, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If what this site does with your data changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves.
