Systems fail at inconvenient hours, and a leaking sprinkler main does more damage every minute it runs. The first job is to make it safe and stop the water. The second is to put it back into service properly, with the paperwork to prove it.

What counts as an emergency?
A leak from pipework or a head, a discharged sprinkler, a pump that will not start, a riser that failed its test, or any fault that has taken the system out of service.
How quickly can you attend?
Ring and we will tell you honestly, based on where the site is and what is happening. We would rather give you a real time than a number that sounds good.
Will the system be certified again afterwards?
Yes. A repair is not finished until the system is recommissioned, tested and the record updated. A system back in service without documentation is still a gap in your file.

The approval UK insurers look for on sprinkler work. A system installed by an LPCB approved contractor counts as genuine risk mitigation on your policy; one installed by anybody else may not.
