BRE Global Certification and UKAS Management Systems 0007

ISO 9001:2015

Certified by BRE Global, accredited by UKAS

An audited quality management system. It means the way a job is planned, recorded and signed off is itself inspected by somebody independent, on a schedule.

Working to BS EN 12845, BS 9251 and BS 9990. If your insurer or fire risk assessor wants the certificates themselves, ring us and we will send them over.

Before you pick a service

Do you do all of this yourselves?

Yes. Water-based fire suppression is the whole business: sprinklers, tanks, pumps and risers. We do not sell alarms, extinguishers, fire doors or gas suppression, and we do not subcontract the work on this page to somebody else. If a job needs a trade we do not have, we will say so rather than take it and manage it badly.

Can one contract cover several of these?

Yes, and it is usually the cheaper way round because the visits share travel and setup. One renewal date, one certificate format and one set of records, instead of three contractors issuing paperwork three different ways for your fire risk assessor to reconcile.

We do not know what our building has. Where do we start?

With the survey, which is free and carries no obligation. We walk the building, find what is installed, and tell you what the standard asks of it. Plenty of the buildings we take on have a system nobody has a drawing for, and that is a normal starting point rather than an awkward one.

Can you take over a system somebody else installed?

Yes, and most of our maintenance work is exactly that. There is no technical or legal tie between whoever installed a system and whoever maintains it. What matters is getting the logbook, the certificates and the as-fitted drawings handed over, and we will tell you what to ask for.

Tell us the building. We will tell you what it is due.

No survey fee to find out where you stand. Describe the site and we will tell you which intervals apply and what the visit involves.
